The August meeting of the Whitsunday Burdekin Branch was held at the home of Geoff & Kay Hoare, and the photos below are of the members and the gardens which were on display at the meeting.

President Walter Wilcox and wife Judy showing the 2 trophies which they were awarded at the Australian Hibiscus Society AGM in Brisbane, Walter is holding the Natrakelp Trophy which the President Brian Cheers awards to the person who has worked for the society and Walter won it for his work in the Branch, and Judy is holding the Sunshine Coast Trophy for the most awarded Seedling which was Bonney Judy and was bred by Walter & Judy

The Branch held their August meeting at Geoff & Kay Hoare's home and pictured is one of their gardens of which there is 90 all told
